Rewind - Recondition - Repair

Motor Reconditioning
Clean, chemical wash, dry and varnish-treat of motor windings, replacement of bearings, paint and conduct testings.
Recondition only applies if the windings of the motor are still in good working condition.
Motor Rewinding
Chemical wash, dry, re-winding and varnish-treat of motor windings, replacement of bearings, paint and conduct testings.
Rewinding is needed if motor windings are burned due to overload, grounded and worn out.
Pump Motor Reconditioning
Chemical wash of rotor and pump, dry and varnish-treat of rotor windings, replace o-rings & capella oils.
Conduct inspection on mechanical seal or oil seal, replace if damaged. Conduct testing.

Pump Motor Rewinding
Chemical wash of pump, dry, re-winding and varnish-treat of rotor windings, replace o-rings & capella oils.
Conduct inspection on mechanical seal or oil seal, replace if damaged. Conduct testing.

Transformer Reconditioning
Clean, chemical wash, dry and varnish-treat of transformer coil, core and conduct testings. Filter oil for oil type transformers.
Recondition only applies if the windings, core, laminations and bobbins are still in good working condition.
Transformer Rewinding
Chemical wash, re-winding and varnish-treat of transformer windings and conduct testings. Change of oil for oil type trasnformers.
Rewinding is needed if transformer windings, core, laminations and bobbins are damaged and cannot be re-use.
Transformer Fabrication
Supply brandnew transformer with the specification given by the client. Oil-type or Dry-type.
Troubleshooting Control Panel
Troubleshoot of control panels of motors and pumps.
Replacing defective parts.
Resleeving of Bearing Housing
Re-sleeving of bearing housing is done if the bearing is loose / don't fit when placed in the bearing housing/seat.
Buildup of Rotor Shaft / Reshafting of Rotor
Repar / Fix of rotor shaft if damaged, loosed or not aligned when connected to the bearing.
Replace / Manufacture of rotor shaft if the rotor shaft is completely un-repairable.
Conversion from Bushing to Bearing
If requested by the client, machining is done to the bushing housing/seat of old motors so that it make use of bearing instead of bushing. We also convert 220V to 440V or vice versa if needed.
