About Us
Established at Novaliches, Quezon City, PEMS owned by Engr. Pedro C. Abengaña started its operations in May 2001. PEMS stands for Pedro Electrical Mechanical Services.
Engr. Abengaña with the help of his entire workforce, made necessary moves in order to secure its foundations and to ensure adequacy, quality honesty and high-quality services to a wider reach of market. Due to our excellent service and dedication the company started providing services to wide list of clients from leading manufacturers and establishments to government agencies such as Phillip Morris Fortune Tobacco Company, Asia Brewery, San Miguel Corporation, Manila Marriot Hotel, Philippines International Convention Center and National Irrigation Administration.
